My 2013 Lexus ES300h was bumped in the right rear door and panel resulting in the door needing to be replaced. These guys refused to accept a defective door replacement. There was no other door in the U.S and one had to be shipped from Asia. A number of weeks went by before it arrived and they were able to complete my car. It looks PERFECT just like I saw it on the showroom floor. Their name definitely should include “QUALITY”.
